Account Registration and Eligibility
To create an account on 35bp, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
2.1 — Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account on 35bp. Users under 21 are not permitted to register, and if discovered, the account and all balances will be forfeited.
2.2 — Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses cancelled. Balances may also be forfeited for violating this rule.
2.3 — Accurate Information
You are required to provide your real name, date of birth, address, and mobile number at the time of registration. Failure to submit proper documents during the identity verification (KYC) process may result in withdrawals being held.
2.4 — Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
35bp provides fast and secure payment services through Bangladesh's major mobile banking methods. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals.
3.1 — Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. This limit applies across all channels — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
3.2 — Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a withdrawal request is verified, processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
3.3 — Approved Methods
Approved methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Payments through any other channel are not accepted.
3.4 — Anti-Money Laundering
- 35bp strictly follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies.
- If a suspicious transaction is identified, payment may be suspended until an investigation is complete.
- Additional identity documents may be requested for large withdrawal amounts.
- Using the platform solely to transfer funds without any gaming activity is prohibited.
Bonus and Promotional Offers
35bp offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (bonus × 20). Withdrawals are not permitted until the full wagering requirement has been met.
4.2 — Wagering Requirements
Not all games may contribute to wagering requirements at the same rate. Certain games may be excluded from wagering, and this will be specified in the bonus details.
4.3 — Bonus Expiry
Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled. The expiry period will be stated in the bonus offer details.
4.4 — Bonus Abuse
Misuse of the bonus system — such as bonus arbitrage or coordinated group exploitation — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.
4.5 — VIP and Cashback Program
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- VIP tier changes are determined based on the player's activity and loyalty.
- Cashback benefits may have their own wagering requirements.
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
35bp is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
5.1 — Fraud and Cheating
Any form of fraud, software hacking, use of bots, or attempts to artificially alter game outcomes is completely prohibited. Such activities may also lead to legal action.
5.2 — Collusion
Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. This is especially relevant in poker or live games, and immediate action will be taken if such activity is detected.
5.3 — Chargeback Abuse
Intentionally filing a chargeback claim with a payment provider after making a deposit is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and legal action may be taken.
5.4 — Technical Exploitation
Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. If such an error is discovered, reporting it to 35bp immediately is mandatory.

- Losses resulting from a user's own negligence, sharing passwords, or failure to keep account details secure are entirely the user's responsibility.
